Task: Create a blog

To start with, all participants must create a blog which they can use as a regular learning journal, and a means for reflection, sharing, and collaboration.

If you need help with blogging, check out Freeman Murray's track on blogging for more information:

Also register and introduce yourself on this mailing list. We will use this list for asking questions and other discussions related to this track.

@Nikey
I am glad you like this course. Details for joining are given on the following page:

http://groups.google.com/group/adaptive-learning

To start with you may want to join the mailing list, if you have not done so already. After that you can start working on individual tasks, and blog about them. The process for submitting your assignments for review is also mentioned on the above page.

I will review your code and read your blog and comment on the tasks on your blog. We will also use the mailing list to ask and answer technical questions related to the tasks.

Hope that helps.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

#Sourabh

Join the 'adaptive-learning' mailing list at http://groups.google.com/group/adaptive-learning

This course is based on tasks which you complete and check into a source control system. Each task is explained on it's page. This page contains links to the tasks: http://adaptivelearningsolutions.blogspot.com/2008/11/javainsights-101.html

You can move through the tasks one at a time and ask questions on the forums if you are stuck at some point.

The purpose of this course is to give direction and guidance to participants as they work on the tasks and blog their experiences.

This is a very open ended course. To participate in this course you simply have to start working on the exercises, and create a blog to track your progress.

Some of you may be interested in another Java course, which I have created here
